Founder and CEO, Zambezi Strategy Group
"I built ZSG because I was tired of watching good African brands sit across the table from people who wanted to reshape them before they had even listened."
I am a final-year BA (Hons) Luxury Brand Management student at Regent's University London, with practical experience spanning structured research, data analysis, strategic content development, and hands-on client operations.
My professional background spans client relationship management and operational delivery within the luxury hospitality sector in London. Working directly with high-value clients across premium environments gave me a precise understanding of what clients not only want, but need and the difference between the two is where brand loyalty is built and where businesses scale. That kind of client intelligence is not taught. It is accumulated through proximity, and it runs through every ZSG engagement.
At a leading British fashion-focused multibrand company I developed a precise understanding of SEO, consumer behaviour, and brand discoverability. I have also independently built the research, financial modelling, and investor materials for an AfCFTA-aligned Trade Tech venture. That process required a granular understanding of the African market not as a monolith, but as a collection of distinct economies, each with its own regulatory environment, strategic priorities, and growth trajectory. Understanding what each African country is pushing for, what it needs, and where the real friction sits has given me a breadth of continental market knowledge that informs how ZSG thinks about positioning, partnership, and scale.
Africa is not just a market I have studied. It is part of where I come from. That combination is what sits behind every ZSG engagement.
Academic focus on African brand theory, luxury frameworks, and intra-continental trade. Comfortable with SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics.
